Stephen has spent over 25 years in financial services, consulting, telecommunications and tech businesses. :

• Stephen managed ClearScore in Australia as CEO and Responsible Manager and built credit regulated intermediary businesses in Australia, South Africa, India, Canada and New Zealand in his role as Chief International Officer of ClearScore
• In credit cards, Stephen has 11 years of international experience with Capital One, one of the largest US credit card issuers, where he helped launch their UK, French and Spanish subsidiaries and was the Credit Officer for the UK credit card division
• Stephen has strategy consulting experience as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company

He is currently involved in a start-up in fintech and provides consulting services to consumer and SME lenders Stephen has a background in Marketing and holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD, France
